Thank you for doing that. I just saw it and it about made me cry. I am so glad I found you, trecaa and Mushy. I also hope that by doing this we can all help each other. To me that is what it is all about and I am always willing to spread the word about anything I truly believe in. So, I know I have guests on here, and I encourage them to explore. Some people may ask, why should the same people go to so many different boards? Well, it is because all 3 of these boards offer something different. Trecaas' board offers a safe place for gay people to be themselves and feel at home. (Myself included. Thank you for that trecaa.) Kisrahs' board offers Manga fans, (sorry, I am not at all familiar with Manga), a fun place to gather. My board offers discussion about EBN OZN. However, all 3 boards also offer a variety of subjects of general interest with different perspectives. You can never have enough perspective, friends or conversation. (I hope that made sense.) |

Awww! I didn't mean to make anyone cry! ;o; Oh wait. In a good way? ^^; Yes it is about diversity. The nice thing is, these three boards will attract different types of people and give everyone an opportunity to meet people they have something in common with, while also being able to learn more about things they may have previously had no interest in. That's why I love forums with lots of subjects to discuss. I think forums that are very restrictive on their topics risk becoming stagnant. There's only so much you can talk about on one subject!  Oh we must educate you about manga!  xD Also, can I just add that Manga Latte! may seem to have some strict rules, but things aren't as tough as they may at first seem. Most of it is common sense, and the rules are just there as back up should we ever need to warn someone for doing bad things. Don't let them scare you too much! One thing I do insist upon is that people are reasonably literate, as the forum was also set up in it's current form as a haven for people sick of chatspeak. So yeah, chatspeak free zone, amongst the other banes of the literate. ^^ |
